'Feathers Fencing Wolves' - By D.H.Brixton.

    'Feathers Fencing Wolves'
    -By D.H.Brixton.

3 thousand bricks - housing sick & dangerous men
The English system fails to see, they'll easily do it again.
Tailoring past amends, only that depends - on perhaps you
But it doesn't help when there's no such luck as a "rehab truce".
When a relapse is cool, with drugs and sut burining in stew
The chimney signals a sodden smoke with communal proof..
    THEY HAVEN'T CHANGED..
..& the time is due for the commons to here this mass rage.
So a violent crime is longing for polictical change on its last page.

John Mercer, 23: Armed Robbery, GBH, ABH.
(Probation into Oswell Bail House, Bristol).

"Yea I'm confident and driven, since leaving prison..
of course I've twatted dick heads, but this is the life I'm given".
    (?)
John was adamant that he was cured with anger management
But 5 days later he was lured by his arrogance
A moment of pure violence, he went bezerk on a bail worker
Beating the face and body like a sledge hammer hurt her.
Like an animal deserts fur, his thick skin carried evil within
A gel of black made for a potion of his congealed sin.

An ironic win; BULLSHIT! Her beauty killed at the roots with stem
Back in prison.. NOW?! A shining moment for the Justice System.

Peter Halley, 52: Sex Offenders Register; 3 Charges On Abusing Children.
(Released into Forrest Larks Bail Hostel, Liverpool.
One Of Many Bail Conditions: NO CONTACT w/ children).

"I've learned my lesson, I'm an admitted peasant in the shit.
I'll never go'n' abuse the trust again, given to me by kids".
    (?)
From the hostel, he revisits nostalgia only 500 yards away
Kids play, unknown to the guy watching from his car today.
Just a harmless wave? To little Debbie with her skipping rope
Children snigger later as Debbie accepts a lift home.
Her home is a mere 4 streets from school, but it took 2
hours for her to arrive through her door from school.

Later she was discovered, abused; thanks to a child witness
He's NOW in prison.. another shining moment for the Justice System.

    I dunno. .
this may be a rap but if you take time to actually capture facts
You'll find that the incentive on public safety is extrememly relaxed!
& as long as its intact with fools running our policies, it attracts
Only more and more crimes to be following back to back!
From grimace to smack, linet abusive sacks where children cower
With each hostel & every parole, comes a new crime every hour.

    Note: for those who care;
There are almost 400 bail hostels in the U.K. 200 of them hold
EXTREMEMLY dangerous criminals. From paedophiles to rapists to
violent people. Almost 75% of the criminals do not follow their bail
conditions, and 50% of them do not go back to prison. Whether it
be following curfue, or staying away from children. NOTHING IS
    BEING DONE.

did you get the idea for this from that thing on BBC last week or whenever it was? I was watching that shit, and I was seriously shocked at the lack of security and discipline in the bail hostels. This was a good peice dude, I liked it a lot, for those that didn't catch this show (panorama?), this will be a real wake up call. As usual you came dope as fuck, and didn't have a single line that i wasn't feeling, so props dude, dope shit. You got your message across very well, I was really in to this, and I agree with everything you said, something has got to be done about this. I don't know how the government can just sit back and watch while children, and all of society is at risk. Dope peice dude, peace.

Cool title for this, Brix, this was fresh as hell and OM could use a verse about something aside from some kid's girlfriend or a bunch of bullshit about whatever... a good real world issue from you, the kind of shit I'm used to seeing. Glad to see you writing for you again, this was just hella cool front to back, I didn't even really care about flow but it was there, it was like old hip hop where it feels like the guy is just talking to you but it stays on rhythm the whole time and you barely even know it.

Cool verse, and an educative one, I didn't know about that problem in England, so you've at least accomplished a goal of teaching one ignorant person today. We'll see how many more =D

This was a cool piece. I can always count on your work for a nice little history lesson. From this to the Hillsbourogh (sp?) you seem to really like that non-fictional sequence/storytelling. I mean, I respect the talent put into it, and I can feel it because it's well written... but I'm just jonesin for a nice emotive piece from you. I feel like it's been so long man. I don't know, maybe we'll have to set up a collab so I can force you to break out the heart. So, great job, well written and such... but I'll be waiting for that piece. Stay up.

dam nice piece here fam, real fresh topic, which is cool
as its based on true events if im correct, id say all of the
everything seemed to flow nicely, some wordplay, multies,
and all that good shit, but for me it was the content and
your aproach that stood out, the way you pondered the
situation had real emotion, i could feel the concern like
wtf...if that makes sense, overall i liked this piece a lot
    fav lines...

shorter than it looks but content rich nonetheless, this was different to your previous pieces as it felt less regimented and more relaxed but not on emotion, the sarcasm and scorn was there, it fitted nicely with what you were saying, idk i didn't fell fluidity in flow once or twice but other than that i enjoyed this. Plus the 2 case scenarios were done very well and put on a good fresh take to this topic. It's like you wanted to get something out your system and writing an om is a good way to get out those feelings plus it educates and reminds readers of the society were currently living in and it's fickle justice. The so called infalability of justice is sarcasticly looked upon here like i said before and well, overall, i liked this piece no qualms about it, a very good piece by you, stay up^.
