I don't believe it was necessary to ban Lenox. Not when a conversation would have sufficed. Pull the dude aside and talk to him. Strip down whatever issues you have with each other and ask him to be more thoughtful of what he posts. The goal here isn't to ban as many people we have personal drama with as possible. I could have easily spoken with Lenox about it and diffused the situation. Going around telling people to kill themselves is a bad look for the site, I get that, have a heart to heart with the guy and see what's going on, don't get him arrested and then pat yourself on the back for improving your annual job statistics. You voted in one of my battles, I think it was, vote = Preston, and that was it, I was going to ban you on the spot. I was furious. You aren't supposed to vote like that. And you know it.
