Do you guys like write huge verses and then chop down to the best lines?

Do you guys have a bunch of ideas and pare down?

Or do you like just polish the shit outta what comes up?

Like whats your guys' writing process?

It's way too opaque rn to expect people to really optimize and elevate.

I usually write the concept down 1st then bunch together some tie ins w/ it.

Then I right the punch out 1st then add the set up with the tie ins last:

“Head ain’t in the right place/therapist/
psycho/nice blade/ swipe lames”

“Swipe lames! It won’t take a therapist to see his head ain’t in the right place”

“Decapitate ya dome, on a nice day I’m psycho w/ a nice blade
Swipe lames! It won’t take a therapist to see his head ain’t in the right place “

if i hear or see a word i can turn into a wordplay or concept during my everyday life, i put it in the celly notepad
then, depending on the complexity of the word.. i group them
some have an obvious or dope tie-in that comes to mind right away, others end up needing to be earned..creatively (which is where skill separates the best). if u can manage to tie-in an opponent's username or even a harsh personal, even better
more skill comes down to how u can properly form the bar/make a relevant setup/rhyme syllables

& some ppl dont kno this but when u search the site to see if a word is played out, u NEED to click the "Search Single Content Type" tab for proper results...

I liked the Starbucks Colombian from the local store i go to. The Sumerian one is very earthy. It has a weird after taste effect.
