Def not. I train @ rush mma. Been there for over a decade. But tbh there's some good vids on YouTube he could watch to learn how to use a heavy bag properly. Instead of just going out there and hitting it hard as he can like most idiots do. Then thinking he done something.

A lot of people still do tape weights, including myself...
