If a battle is open for more then 2 weeks, close it out and grant winner to who ever is up in votes.
Shit like this kills the section man. There was a thread about this mad long ago, when I 1st typed up the novel of ideas and also the 3-0 idea for people to take advantage of.
You have to be more pro-active and keep this flowing smoothly or else no one is going to battle in this section man.
