I once wrote 2 verses in TGF's storyteller format to prove to the site a champion could write like him if the multi-syllabic rhymes were there. A lot of people still fail to realize that, but idc. He knows & that's what matters.

It took me roughly 1 hour before & during the moment I submit the work.
So, I'd say approximately 2 hours straight if you added the time it took to the write the shit.
