I picked up boxing heavy when I was in Japan, shit always turned into some fight club type shit. Haven't done it in a while cos all the cardio was making me lose too much muscle mass that I didn't want to lose lol.

You damn near have to average 12 miles a week to keep up the cardio w/ boxing. If you spar a lot anyway. Shits insane lol. I'd be half dead by the 3rd round
