its all preference bro.. a few years back I would have been inclined to agree with you, now with Battlefield 4 being held together with ductape and Halo 5 not coming until 12 years from now (and probably won't run 1080p 60fps unless they downgrade the fuck out of it), Destiny being a near waste of time, I have no choice but to eat souls on CoD man.

I only play it like twice a week to keep up with shit since it doesn't require you to do any more then that.. weekly shit are fucking stupid and whoever thought they would be a good idea should be shot. Raid can only be done once a week, takes us 2 hours to complete on a bad day. Weekly challenge can only be done once a week, takes us 15 to 20 minutes to complete due to travel times. Crucible (pvp) marks (currency) that can be used to buy underpowered weapons and amor that were only good back when you were level 15 (Im at 20 now) have a cap that can be reached in a day.

Since you don't gain XP to level up past 20 and the game makes EVERY legendary gear equal in defence and light, there is no reason to play the actual game.. just wait till next week to get raid gear that gives you more light and defence but has the shittiest perks.

so yeah, I'll probably play exclusively Advance warfare when it comes out haha.
