Inter/Enter definitely isn't forced. Out of all the arguments one can make for forced wp, Inter/Enter is the most trivial to dwell on.

The difference in pronunciation is so minute when sounding it out and that small difference doesn't qualify as a reach.

I didn't think it was forced either. The thing about the interstates line, IF it was used before then it would have to be against someone not from the US. Seems unlikely.
