Writing 2 battles in only a few hours...I feel like I'm in my prime again.

really? damn. that makes me feel like I should take more time on my shit because honestly, if I just sit and write, I usually have my 10 lines or whatever, within 30 mins to an hour. Interesting, maybe i'll take some more time instead of just going with the first thing I come up with

Lmao you really should take time on your verses. Unless it's like an hour deadline, then it doesn't matter much. But don't always go with the first thing you thing of. And it also takes some time to get your bars worded right, to make it flow and sound smoothly when read. There's more to it than just writing 10 lines tbh.

yeah see man I could use some tips too. I think im improving but wording has always been my problem. Like I can think of concepts easy, in fact you can use almost anything and turn it into a punch but it's gotta be worded properly which I struggle. i'll start taking more time too on my verses

funny thing is when u be come good with punches wording becomes natural
Like you don't even notice it

Only thing with wording is taking out unnecessary words so it flows more smoothly. More precise rather than drawn out.
