if you lose more money then you make then your playing above your bankroll management, poker has variance, plus a rake if your playing cash games, but only if you play cash games normally, so then everytime say say go all in preflop you need to be a 55% to 45% favorite to break even playing a normal bankroll for your stakes
say if you go all in every time you get AK vs someone with AQ and lower you will win 70% of the time, sure you may lose sometimes, its normal but if you play the right limits you keep doing that and you win money in the longrun, your just a donkey or better know as a fish.

thats why it always the same 50 people making the final tables in every worldwide tournament with the exception of a few other people. luck is required but skill makes the variance profitable. i dont live off it for a reason
What's your biggest winning Rhyme? I've won $400 about 3-4 times playing $3 rebuy SnG's and $1-2 MTT's.. I haven't really played any big tourneys before..

ive been on a bit of a cold streak imo but my biggest was a few g's on a live cash game, online id day 500-600$ but i have a ROI of 108% so i usually just min place in the cash

if you want to be pretty successful in micro games, play ABC poker, bet it as you got it, at least MTTs until you down to the decent players, and if you really wanna up your game read daniel negreanus small ball poker style but instead of raising with most of the suited cards, just limp see if you hit the flush draws/ straight draws if not its an easy fold pretty much, make sure you know pot odds and your outs, if you want to find out the odds of winning you hand and you can put your opponent on a certain hand pretty decently, after the flop before the turn count the outs you would need to make the best hand most likely, then x it by 4 and those are your chances of making the best hand, for going to the river card its x2 your number of outs and thats normally the percent you have to make the card, then calculate it according to the pot odds and see if its worth the money to pay for a chance, but then you have to calculate implied odds on if you get it and how much money you can get out the opponent
but id say if you want to learn decent poker, full tilt academy has tons of great videos touchin on each subject, then you should just read any harrington book and boom you can beat the micros relatively easy with the right instincts and ability to read opponents
if you want to make it really easy to learn who fish are and the sharks are download a program called pokertracker 3 or holdem manager, i think PT3 has a 2month trail and HEM has a 1 month but with the help of those to cover your leaks and stuff you can easily make the money to pay for them
but ya im outtie i gotta go to sleep, and if you think your playing a sit and go shark, go to www.sharkscope.com and look them up for SnGs, for MTT tournaments use www.officalpokerankings.com and theres another one for cash games but i forget and they had a system fuck up the other day so imo its useless
