LLL Jr. Magazine - Week Eight
This Week's Battles:
LightWeight Matchup: Brethren vs. lyric
Damn good battle without a doubt. Brethren dropped a hard verse filled with good punches, good metaphors, consistency, and a few personals to throw in. Only problem is his bolding and itallics to emphasize a punch....trust me..most people get them. Lyric dropped practically equal to Brethren with a verse filled with witty hits, good punches, good metphors, and also a few personals. The only thing that gave lyric a loss in this was he lacked a hard punch or two in his verse. Which in the end added up against him; close battle and a good one, but Brethren pulled this off for having 1 or 2 more lines better than lyric's in comparison.

FlyWeight Matchup: Young P vs. DeMiurgiC
Decent battle....both came pretty much as expected. Young P done decently he had a few good lines within his verse, came personal at times, but some parts of his verse were a bit played...but he came more consistent. DeMiurgiC done decently as well, he exemplified his creativity, but some of his punches didnt hit too hard, he had good personals throughout parts of his verse also, but he wasnt as consistent with punches. Which led to Young P winning this battle; pretty much for having a more consistent verse.

Contendership Matchup #1: KayOhh vs. FreeThinker
Shortest battle i've seen in LLL Jr. history thus far.....but pretty good. Each dropped about 10 lines and both had at least one quotable the rest was pretty weak. KayOhh done decently and had a load a decent metaphors and a solid punch here and there, but nothing too direct. FreeThinker, however, dropped almost as weak but made his verse a bit more direct, but less consistent. Therefore KayOhh was able to pull this off for having a more consistent verse with harder punches here and there.

Contendership Matchup #2: Rappad vs. The Judge
Wow, seems like alot of people were having trouble voting in this battle. It was a close one, and both dropped weak, i hope they plan on doing better. Rappad done ok with maybe one good punch in his verse with a few personals but none hit too hard...nothing much else to say. Judge done just about as equal as Rappad just a bit more consistent in my opinion and had personals that hit better with maybe one quotable in his verse. Other than that, Judge won this in a very close decision but for having a tad harder verse.

$pitacular vs. Kuldahar
Pretty one-sided as i predicted, $pit dropped pretty effortlessly...and wack, but decent enough to pull off a win and had better metaphors and punches. Kuldahar probably would have stood a better chance if he wouldnt have done a new style in his drop. Mostly because of the style of his verse alot of people disliked his verse, and didnt feel that any punches were too hard due to it being kinda forced. Therefore, $pitacular won pretty much for having a harder overall verse.

.iLL. vs. DaIllistReBel
Pretty good battle on both sides. .iLL. came pretty personal but none seemed to hit too hard except for his close, he also came consistent only bit of work he needs is making his punches harder. ReBel, on the other hand, dropped decently and had witty punches pretty well throughout his verse. None hit too hard except he had a few quotables, only thing he needs to work out is making his lines shorter and a little bit harder punches. ReBel won this battle for pretty much having harder punches within his verse.

Osirus vs. Macabre
A decent battle...Macabre came decent...as did Osirus. Macabre came a bit played though, but stuck well with consistency and pretty much had a better structure than Osirus. Other than that, Osirus had decent metaphors and punches. His only problem is he needs to fix his structure...he usually comes a bit stretched. If he fixes that up he can be a good contender; Osirus won this for simply having harder up-to-date punches.

Ambitious vs. Phoeniix
Nice battle actually...both did pretty good. Ambitious dropped decently although some didnt get a few hits, he came pretty consistent and had at least one or two quotables within his verse, but none too hard hitting. Phoeniix, however, done much better...he came straight up personal in almost every aspect, had good metaphors and nice witty punches here and there. In the end, Phoeniix was able to pull this battle off for pretty much having harder punches within his verse giving him the win.

sdizzle vs. Thrust
Wow...this battle caught me totally off gaurd. Thrust did MUCH better than he did last week...thank god. Making this a pretty good battle to read. Sdizzle dropped consistent and had punches within his verse, but once again he still sticks to old concepts...therefore his punches didnt seem to hit nearly as hard. Thrust did pretty good, dont get me wrong though, it wasnt perfection he at least had one quotable within his verse and the rest was pretty consistent but a bit out of date also. Other than that nothing much else to say except Thrust won this battle for simply having harder punches.

Damn sucks...Illtalic no shows and Catalist is banned soon after. So i dont know how this is going to flow..lol...but Catalist won this for dropping a verse; so i suppose its all in fair game.

Ace Of Aces vs. Mad Mike
Another no show..thank god...im done..lol. Oh yeah...Mad Mike dropped decent even though Ace Of Aces no showed he had a nice verse, fuck i probably wouldve no showed too.
