Cloaked in the darkness of life..traveled in stealth…
Didn’t help..that I couldn’t rest inside to trust myself..
So I felt..that if I cant overcome this Pain eventually..
I’d shut off my vocal’s and succumb to my misery..
This is me..definition developed.. So gone…
Still I find that I lose grip on reality…as I struggle to hold on..
I rolled on...found the tears..weighted with pain..fought to restrain..
Took a trip back..but now im stuck on memory lane..
It was the brain..that played tricks on my conscious..
Lined it…a gentle mindset?still have yet to find it..
And as the time went..the days passed..reacting quick..
As to why im here?.i searched for it on the corpse of happiness..
Referred as a masochist..i battled fear through the nights…
And in my fright…I questioned Christ as I challenged death to a fight..
Told that I was alright.. Yet these memories…im not forgetting em’..
So I Spoke silence ‘chuz it seemed that not even God was listening..

My eyelids, closed shut of silence..
..drowned in fear, of Mommy's violence
Tears, My eyes blood, blended with death
..sounds annoyance, progressed to deaf
Born a gift, Mom said it was handed to me
..being deaf wasn't a dream, but reality
Nights of loneliness, couldn't hear my cries
..but I thought, I couldn't hear my own cries
Away from the world, I hid in my closet
..prayed to rid this, but inside i wasn't honest
Have I lost it? hearing voices in my head
..telling me to stop, join us in the dead
Mind relapses, thoughts began to soak in
..Mind over matter settled, before it broke in
Breath taken, death took over my guidance
..the noise so loud, it became a bellowing silence

Inside of me is a burial deeply instilled..

Merely..Or Mostly..I write as i hear gists..
..& i scrabble n list these gists..
On a paper that mirrors my inner whist..
Empty inside..spreadin'..numb words dont form..

It's a matter of time.....for my inner baby's born..
That'll speak & break the silence, rebel..stand up..

It takes awhile for a baby can keep his head up..
Slander senses..as i mirror my grim thoughts..

Starin'... eyes turn watery...as
