Punches: K, the I ain't talking about a puncher was a decent line, sdizzle didn't have any punches, made his verse pretty weak
Wordplay: Sdizzle, the contra-dict line was actually a good wordplay, but there was no other wordplay
Multis: Neither, neither of you flipped multis, flip some, adds complexity
Personals: K, the stop braggin off snoop was the best personal
Opener: Sdizzle, The contra-dict line was nice, K quit using those gay jokes
Closer: K, Ended with a personal, Sdizzles ending, and most of his verse didn't even rhyme

Overall more polished verse, Sdizzle, you need to actually rhyme to rap, that's probably the biggest element. Also throw in some creative punches, both of you.

K takes this battle for sheer complexity, Dizzle fell off with the bar about K being his abused wife. That doesn't cut it man, you have to think more in depth like that. K's been around for a while and he's really elevating again, it's good to see. His punches, flow, structure, and overall message of this verse were all hard and on key without the complexity, structure problems that plagued Dizzle's verse so he gets my vote.

k got this he came strong in the punches..and his flow was str8 ...he also had a couple personals...dizzle u punches was really not hittin hrd enough..ur flow was ok kinda fell off at points..and you had no personals
