Lol violation for this puddle that’s streaming to my creek and passing through my lake

Dia if the nearby state park lake has a a stream that trespasses on to my property then do I have a right to claim that stream as my own? They ,as in the Army Corp Of Engineers, named my stream a creek and it goes from one state park lake and connects to another state park lake about 10 miles down the way. If Mother Nature put that stream on my property then shouldn't its evolution belong to me? And if that stream connects to two entirely different lakes, shouldn't those lakes belong to me?

I’m not even that close to anything my shit is around my own property I pay more in property taxes than y’all have

Lmao Dia the type of guy to pull off the side of the road every weekend for a couple minutes and whip out the old radar gun to make sure people are driving the correct speed limit, after a bit of that he sets up a DUI checkpoint then reports his findings to the local authorities every Monday morning.

Want to hear a funny story? Guy around my way, forget his name, think it was Liu Fei. I was cool with his sister Liu Zhao'er. Liu Fei used to operate a rickshaw and he only drove for certain people. They weren't exactly his friends or anything, like on some let's get a bowl of noodles type shit after work deal, but they would have convos while in transit. One day Liu Fei passed me and I heard him practically yelling to his client that he knew a better opium den than the one he was taking him to, he had to talk extremely loud because when you're driving a rickshaw you're running pretty fast and breathing heavy. The guy he was taking to the opium den wasn't going there to get high, he legit owned the place. So when Liu Fei said that, out loud especially, you can imagine how pissed off the guy was. The next day Liu Fei disappeared. Liu Zhao'er is a close friend of my wife's, and years later she would intimate to us what happened to Liu Fei the day he disappeared. It turns out Liu Fei was mugged and found dead in a neighboring province weeks after he first disappeared. The police tracked his rickshaw down to an opium den. The client he was talking to that day was using it as private escort for the people who would frequent his establishment. His wife was having an affair with Liu Fei.
