i think i still have The Outsiders forum
we can turn that into our home
or just request a new one, once we get a couple of peeps
heres how i see it.......
We need 2 People who can make sigs, acceptional sigs, to be request takers
We need 1-2 people who can make backgrounds
We need 1 person who can make web layouts, and handle the production of a website---requires the use of either Flash MX, or Dreamweaver....
We need 1 person who can make cartoons, i.e. animations, created by Image Ready, or full fledge animations within Flash MX
^^ NOTE* They are just minimums....i feel that we need at least that many
and i got a few guys im going to bring in to cover the animation
