The broken silence I wait for, I wish would never come…
I savor the taste of quiet, even though it’s only crumbs.
In my head I picture loved ones, my baby, my wife…
No sounds, just faces, remembrances of happy life.
In the silence unshattered, I can actually feel their touch…
Before the violence scattered them, cuz it was all too much.
So I know they won’t be viewing when I make my stage debut…
I’ll need ta keep them in my heart cuz our love’s not being renewed.
Now I wait for a man’s footstep’s, followed by his knock…
So I can feel like Goldberg, head for the limelight surrounded by cops.
Take my position on stage, I’ll be all strapped and in place…
The mic’s positioned in front of me, as the spotlight hits my face.
I’ll throw my shout outs, love ta those who believed in me…
And send my worthless apologies, ta those I left in agony.
Silence once again, I’ll see the haters, but their curses, won’t hear that…
Behind glass, they’ll attend, knowing I deserve ta be where I’m at.
Once again the silence breaks, as the machine starts ta pump…
The beat’ll flow fluidly, and slow my heart like speed bumps.
But I won’t shed a tear, though I have many regrets…
I’ll be a man on that stage, and pay all of my debts.
See, this silence is golden, until it’s melted down…
Then it’s molten metal, a fiery way ta drown.
It encases me in steel walls, and never lets go…
The reason I dread the footsteps…today’s my last day on death row.

Both Were Good... But WW's Creativity Blew Out BTK... I Could Kinda Tell Where BTK Was Going With It... I Knew What You Were Talking About BTK.. But It Just Really Didn't Make Much Sense And WW's Told A Nice Funny Story That Got My Attention.. Both Came Good But WW's Creativity Caught My Attention.
