Voting:
I will be PM'ing you on your name (the one listed on this thread title) telling you which battles to vote on. Only vote on those battles, unless you are currently signed into LLL. People who are currently signed into LLL and are also in this tourney can vote on any battles in the tourney, but have to vote on the battles I PM them to vote on. Failure to vote on the battles I tell you to vote on will result in losing two votes from your own battle for each battle you didn't vote on. If you "already lost" and figure you won't bother voting on other people's battles, I will ban you. And remember, EXPLAIN YOUR VOTES.
Integrity of Voting:
I will do my best job to make sure that the people who are voting on each other's battles do not know each other, are not in the same crew, and do not have anything of a past history with each other. On the same note, I expect the voters to uphold their own end: Do not contact the people whose battle you are voting on, and if anyone contacts you asking what battle you're voting on, do not tell them. If anyone contacts you asking this, let me know right away. They will be dealt with. Also, in some cases I may accidentally have people who know each other well voting on each other's battles. If this is the case, and you are voting on your "best friends" battle, let me know right away, and I will switch you. I would rather switch you then have you vote on your friends battle, no matter how honest you are. All voting issues will be kept confidential.
Line Limit
No battles may be more than 20 lines long for round one. Agree on the line limit with your opponent. Once the line limit is agreed upon, if someone drops more than that limit, I will delete the last part of their verse to make it meet the agreed limit. If someone drops below the line limit, they can be DQ'ed. If both battlers cannot agree on line limit, let me know ASAP. If I don't respond, and battlers still haven't agreed on line limit, it is automatically 20 lines.
Due Date:
All verses are due by Saturday, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Do not be late. Anything more than a 5 minute lateness will be automatically DQable. If you are 6 minutes late, you are DQ'ed. If you think you can't post on Saturday, post on Friday. Saturday is basically an extra day to avoid no shows. Voting will end on Monday 11:59 PM Eastern, so all voters, have all of your votes up by then, or I won't count them, and you will lose votes!
Other battle rules:
All FL rules are appropriately in effect. Don't respond to the voters. Any response to someone's vote (swaying) will lose you a vote, and make you look like an idiot.

If you have any problems with ANYTHING involving this tourney, which includes the rules I posted, the rules I may have left out, and any problems in general, PM me. Make the title of the PM "Tourney Problems" to ensure that I will read it right away.
