..Earthquakes rattle me seven stories down from the 21st floor..
The sliding glass doors break, havoc reeks itself like never before,
Wait there's more. Solid plasters and stone walls take giant falls,
I put so much at stake to make reliant stalls. My body crawls..
But my mind stays powerless..I cowar this. I've become aware,
No body cares that I'm dying, they just walk through to stare..
My coffin is bare, no flowers no roses..lifes long like water hoses,
I hear above me, "Ring around the rosies", as they pick my posies,
I grow these days, but in deathly and unearthly ways..I'm alive..
Can somebody hear me? I'm out of breath, air is somethin' I strive,
My carcass rots..like moisture between walls and army cots..
Spots form on my arms..alarms in my head go off like lottery slots,
I'm not going to stop being in pain, I know this now. So come,
Come with me as I tell you some things. I'm dead and this is how,

Sparks ignite the remaining flying particles in the light of things,
Human beings..so fragile and my headstone proves birds cant sing,
Bring me death, no liberty at all. I'm the unrecognized deceast..
My anger and pain is even more released when the insects feast,
My plunders and downfalls in life show me the cold hard truth..
There's less room under this ground then 2 people in a phone booth,
I'm PROOF that life once existed..but now war breaks loose..
My body's in a bad angle, which is why shit seems so obtuse..

I lose..game over. Things go back to the war, no peace it plunders,
I hope you realize that in this life I live...I'm Six Feet Under...

suffering minds swell with pain getting no last word....getting no answer
Dark clouds surround the sky heads hang low beginning to cry
never to understand why.........never ready to say good-bye
morning arrives still mourning there lives days leave still bring no relief
friends see families weep, knowing there child lays 6ft beneath

news came to no shame,nobody to blame as the policemen spoke
stories passed like wild fire,with no desire to see it through
wonder how god could aquire someone you admire and make it true
began at a friends cabin,partying with the guys away from home
canoe'd in the lake,justin decided to swim back to land all alone
having a riot,the kids turnd back in silence seeing no sign of justin
panic they dove in searchin for something,only to come up with nothin
cops came as night moved to morning yet life matterd nomore
searching for his body,only to find his body washed ashore

athletic,smart,and a role model the perfect person..........

just when the sorrow has left,a rude awakening sets
again a surging mess erupts inside; whole feeling a little less
graduated highschool as the kid to be,loving the advice hed give 2 u
news came seeming untrue,out of the blue...death to a kid i lived up to
hardworker by day,party animal by night,typical college kid wishing
to become a teacher,til the night he recieved his third ticket 4 drinking
unabling him his degree,struck tragedy ruining his entire will to be alive
home still intoxicated he walked to his barn soon commit suicide
(he was hanged from the rafters)

we say it was stupid of him, but the pain he felt was soon to be found
he wanted to be in a better place, i kno this because..........

this was a decent battle, both of you dropped some good verse.

Nash hit the topic pretty well, but lacked in imagery and flow.
it was a good verse but not that convincing.

Spekz dropped a solid verse that had a pretty nice theme,
the flow wasnt there at time but i felt like it was more on
point.
