What is life,
Indulgence for the riches or a struggle for poor against strife,
What is life,
Where the rich after every month change their wife,
Or where the poor are forced to die or yield a knife,
God, tell me what is life?
Is it a place where we see deaths everyday,
Mothers scared to send their children out to play,
God on the ground i lay,
towards you i pray,
And ask, please God show them the way,
what is life?
Is it where wars are commended,
or used for own wills and said it was for their people to be defended,
Is it, where young children are always offended,
Told their colours aren't right, to go and get them mended,
God, i ask you is this the life towards us you lended,
What is life?
I ask you on and on,
Why has life turned to a place to party and sing one two a song,
Except, we as people still can't take it in when we hear our death gong,
Death is the worst nightmare for everyone,
Including people from america all the way to hong kong,
What is life?
Lastly God i plead,
when i die, don't go to hard on my sins,
After all, once i'm 6 feet deep my soul will fly to the sky, and the responsibility of peace will be left on my next of kins,
I plead,
You count God the one two a good deed,
We as people have done,
And try and heal,
the initail death stun,
Teach people not to steal,
God give graicousness to us, so that with that with the poor we can enjoy our last meal.
