Didn't really like the V & V line, barbies line was dopeness, mainly personals, the bump in the road line was pretty nice also.

Good wordplay, heaven's sake line was dope as fuck, de-feeted line was played as fuck. Shoot for the moon line was alright, but cold've made that line dope as fuck.
Punches: Lyric, just by a hair
Wordplay: Lyric, i didn't like the V & V line at all
Personals: Celestial, mainly his whole verse
Multis: Neither, no multis
Opener: Tie, Celestial had a nice personal, but so did Lyric
Closer: Tie, Celestial had a personal, Lyric had a wordplay

Very close battle, but I have to go with Lyric because of better wordplay, the rest of your guy's stuff was nearly the same in both verses. Advice, flip some damn multis.

Nice battle.... but it was one sided.
Celestial had a few good lines, mainly the barbie comment... but some of your rhymes were weak... also you didnt rhyme at all during the first few lines...
Lyric has a name true to his style... you came blazing with vocab and some good multies... liked your punches too, the Chrit comment was dope..... flow wise, both were equal

Lyric wins this kinda weak battle cuz of the "Chrit" line...
That was real personal, real hard, and real nice.
Most of ya shit, from both slingas...
Was pretty madly played...
(a freakin "de-feet" line, come the fuck on!)
(you know "scratch the surface" is played as fuck too)
Celestial had one quotable, the "Barbie" line...realy funny.
But along with the "Chrit" one...
Lyric also had the "heaven's gate" linewhich I thought was creative and punny!
