Damn right it should be legal.. No government should be able to punish someone for personal choices that don't physically harm anyone, other then maybe himself if the woman beats on him after the affair.
i mean if people can do same sex marriage, why not multiple marriage?

I think it could do both, but thats not my reason for wanting it legal. Its our life, our body if we want to fuck another woman then it should in no way be punishable by law.
As far as weed being legal meaning separation of church and state, I say bullshit. The drugs the government supplies ppl with are far more harmful for you than marijuana... So they've already made exceptions regarding church and state.
i mean in utah polygamy is legal but no other where else in the usa. thats not cool. they just know if we could claim more wives and kids then less taxes and thats a no no
only reason I see would be because there might be a lot of insurence fraud and fraudulent claims for other shit if a whole village of people were allowed to get married. Paperwork that requires you to write down your spouses information would get all fucked up. STD's would run rampant, other then that I see no issues with it.
