but im trying to get back into mount and blade 2. might do another run of bg3 but i played act 1 so many fuckin times i dont even wanna bother

I just started playing Minecraft with my daughter fully modded the fuck out to look like cyberpunk 2077 with graphics that literally tank her laptop after about 30 minutes of gameplay. It's worth it tho cos it looks fire on my shit.

yea the turn based combat is dnd rules so realistically ur turn could be like 5 turns if u do the right actions in the right order. seen ppl one shot bosses off like three turns shit is wild
minecraft with hella shaders is so fun. just get high as fuck and fish for several in-game days at a time

It's fire though, I turn all my playthroughs into some evil shit and kill anybody who says some dialogue I don't like and the game adjusts to that. What other game lets you play how you want like that?

I honestly didn't think I'd like it and didn't even know it existed till my boy put me up on it like 3 days before release. The different ways to body people is fun af. I'm all for setting dudes on fire or selling them shit then killing them to get it all back. And Minecraft is legit harder then Elden Ring now too. We spend more time hiding in caves then anything cos they're out there on some Days Gone zombie shit.

yeah there are mods that make the game real scary too. like this one:
undertale is a cool game. its only like 10-15 hrs worth of gamplay but its so replayable bc ur decisions play into the final outcome, sort of like mass effect. its not as dynamic as bg3 but the soundtrack and fourth wall breaks are iconic

nahh tbh I hate survival builder games. I'm just playing this to have something to play with my kid haha. I've tried a few and I hate them all passionately, mainly cos of how overly saturated that genre is with games that don't need builder aspects shoved into them. Like, I fuck with Pal World but the building on that game, while fresh in my opinion, gets on my nerves.
