This week had some good battles, some less than good battles and a lot of people not showing/showing up late with an extra bit of DRAMA packed in. First lets start with the top 5 best bars of the week and then LOWLIGHTS of the week, shall we?

Not the strongest week for the top 5, but still some fire that didn't go unnoticed, now for the lowlights...

1. All seeing eye winning a text battle in 2025 (shameless..)
2. Desmond telling me a bar about a woman riding my dick was gay
3. Slayer beating bags on a 0 effort bar because either bags is retarded or I'm retarded (is his wp forced? the world may never know)
4. Zunto noshowing the 15th battle I've seen him noshow since I joined this site, I wanna be nice to the lipless wonder but this has to make the list
5. FAQ getting beat at his own style
6. Let me go paragraph mode here..

LAY DOUBT VS PLETHORA, a heated rivalry going back as far as time can tell, set up to be a great battle.. but of course, it wasn't going to be that simple.. pleth dropped a day after the deadline, then edited his verse again 6 hours later when he was already late. Lay doubt not only got punished for being on time but had to watch all this happen while Pleth has BOTW. A sickening endeavor and a win that will have an asterisk on it for eternity, but a wins a win and plethora was dope either way... Perhaps a rematch in the future? Stay tuned.

7. last and not least, the lack of voting. if you guys want this shit to stay alive vote on every battle and vote quick, I know it's not as active as it used to be but if you want this to continue existing we voting from everyone. side note: we also need everyone showing up and quickly, it's 1 bar, post that shit faggots. /endrant

Now that all of that's out of the way, back to some HYPE. Predictions for this week...

Blas vs Bag Mandela

I know, I'm supposed to think I'm going to win, but bag is a hard man to beat on rapbattles.com if he puts any effort. In reality I think if I put effort I'll win but the voters speak and they speak for bag a lot, rightfully so. stay tuned.

FaQEyeReddit vs Bahriman

FaQ is rather consistently average from what I've seen but if he locks in and puts effort I see him taking this, what I've seen from bah so far seems rushed or like he isn't putting much effort into his stuff, but if he does, this should be good.

Desmond Hume vs All Seeing Eye

Need I say more? No, but I will. Eye naturally is about to say some gay shit about licking his tip but turning it into a bar, but if he puts effort one of these days I could see him taking a battle like this, that being said, desmond is a heavy vegas odds favorite here..

Slayerr. vs Exalted

Slayer is more on the less consistent side/effort matters side where as Exalted always seems to drop at minimum a safe bar with good wordplay which won't be hated at worst and will be highly appreciated at best, I expect an exalted win but my judgement will have to truly wait.

Wordz AhGod vs Baron Mynd

I know, I'm the faggot who bolds both names because it's too hard to choose. I haven't seen much from baron as I'm just coming back and I'm rather new to the site, but I know wordz can bring fire so if both do, this should be nice.

Lady Poet vs Zunto

Honestly, a close spot because Zunto does need to show and post a bar to win a battle, but if he does that, I think it's safe to say he has it. Lady Poet honestly is giving some effort but we need to see things getting a bit more complex to see her taking down the likes of big Z.

Plethora vs Ion Metatron

Pleth came too fire last week to really choose anyone else here, looking forward to the drops but pleth should have this one in the bag, no disrespect to Ion though, I hope both bring the heat.

MV vs Lay Doubt

It's not that I think lay can't win the battle, it's up for grabs, but MV is simply too consistent on here and doesn't seem to ever fully miss. He usually seems to win most battles I read and as a safe bet, I'm going with him.. that being said, we shall see.
