The thought of that is crazy to me, Cowboys have so much talent but poor leadership. They would literally be the next dynasty. If I was Bill, with that roster and the potential that roster has to elevate, considering it’s a fairly young roster - that’s a no brainer on achieving most wins as a HC as well as more championships, whether, division, conference or Super Bowl.
