technically that one guy was right forget who said it some sites will give you the isp location, some sites will have a list of locations associated with that IP, it's obv which location is the isp and which location is an actual house.
Such pointless waste of time shit
but sometimes you have enough information on someone already where an ip check is not neccessary.
