Hereditary was great, almost every A24 movie is awesome. But not X. That shit was gross. LOL. AASB is one of the best found footage movies. Would have been even better if they never made it out of Hell. Veronica was great, I think that was the movie where she's a Catholic schoolgirl playing with a Ouija board right? Rec. and all its sequels were so much better than the American versions. I liked the religious aspect of it too. Might need a refresher on The Damned. I could have seen it but don't remember it.

I'm actually more into international horror (Asian more than anything) than American stuff these days. It's just that America releases horror movies so frequently I always go back this time of year to see what's new. @MV Terrified was a pretty dope Venezuelan movie, and The Orphanage is an all-time favorite Spanish movie for me.

@Wuxia The Damned with the peopled trapped in an old hotel I think during a flash flood.I believe it was in Spanish also. I watch a lot of foreign films. The Ghost House ( Thai Film) is good also. and those damn ghost houses are everywhere in Thailand so the shit is extra creepy.I haven't seen Terrified. I will check it out.Yea, I agree with Rec. While I found the American version first and i did like it. Rec. was just on another level. @Ryno Original Nightmare on Elm Street. Friday the 13th is enjoyable but its more of a slasher film IMO.

With either franchise the main antagonists are Jason and Freddy, but in the original F13TH it was Jason's mom. I'd say as far as shocker goes it would be F13TH. But I was a bigger Freddy fan than Jason, because Freddy was a comedic asshole.

I think with Thai movies I'd go with Alone, The Medium, Shutter, and 4bia 2(Phobia 2.) South Korean would be R-Point, GP The Guardpost, Bedeviled, I Saw The Devil, The Chaser, A Tale Of Two Sisters, and Metamorphosis. Indonesia has May The Devil Take You and it's sequel (amazing Evil Dead inspired movies), Satan's Slaves 1 & 2, and the Queen Of Black Magic.

I liked the Quarantined 2 sequel, with it taking place on a plane, none of the Rec. movies used that idea.
I'll have new mag and WK08 battles up Monday morning. I need time to work on the mag.
I have a fever and scheduled a doctor's appointment just in case it's something more than the change in weather. I might not be able to get a mag up for next week. We'll have to see how I'm feeling in the next couple of days.
