Steph REALLY wants to win finals MVP. That's his only motivation at this point but KD is just more effective in the playoffs. If they put egos aside it will make it easier they need to get back to playing together for the Western conference and then they can have individual agendas against the Bucks in the finals where I hope Giannis capitalizes.

I actually thought a case could have been made for Steph to win it last year. Outside of a rough game three where KD outscored him 43 to 11, Steph outscored KD in the other three games 29-26, 33-26, and 37-20 respectively. He was leading scorer on both teams in 2 out of the 4 games.

I’m tired of people saying Iggy played lockdown D on LBJ in that series. Dude averaged 36/13/9 and went to a game 6 without KLove or Kyrie. Nothing ‘lockdown’ about that stat line. Steph was absolutely more valuable to his team.
