Have any of you ever stepped away from battling altogether for years at a time and, if so, did you find yourself struggling to write shit upon returning?

although im a rookie compare to you vets. I go home alot and have terrible internet so im gone for 4-5 months at a time. Yes it can be tricky, especially with whats played and whats fresh.
