Venom is right to a point. Admins like Dia who constatnly argue and shut down ideas is what kills a forum.
Kill Spree has potential to be a good admin but lacks the professionalism.
IMPO - best Admin we've had but is entirely useless and inactive anymore was ILLunatic. Dude was professional and never addressed members in a disrespectful way.
You have to treat this like a business if you want it to succeed. I've always said that.
You can not (At least should not) disrespect members, belittle or discourage them. You have to kind of be their biggest cheerleaders and keep them motivated because ultimately you are look at as management to a certain degree. At the management level, you are held to a higher standard. You also have to preach and display EO sort of, equal opportunity and be fair with regard to policy/rules. If this isn't treated like a business and the admins are trolls themselves, it will kill the site as we are all witnessing.
KS and Dia are working together to bring it back. Give them a chance rather then bash. I know I am guilty of bashing Dia but ultimately he brings it upon himself 99.3% of the time. The other .7% of the time is me just being an asshole. However, it would be of RB's best interests if he limited his posting. His reputation isn't good and honestly that automatically gave RB a bad look once the cat was out of the bag.
I'm willing to let bygones be bygones and move past this and give him the opportunity to make things right. As you all should as well for the well being of RB.

I don’t feel I disrespect anyone I just try to help out while still being myself if I offend a few fol along the way it’s not by intention plus I get disrespected more than any disrespect I could show to someone, general respect works both ways regardless of roles, u should act and treat others the way u wanna be treated.
Ronin has a bad reputation, after what was done as far as bending rules to ensure he won the "LLL Season" he won that's highlighted with an asterisk, lol.
But let him rock, it was a life long dream of his to champ LLL and he did w/e was necessary in order to do so.

Post less, would be appreciated and great. Stick to coding and behind scenes and you will see people will begin to notice what you do, because we know Kill Spree is incapable of doing what you can due to the lack of experience.
