my suggested qualification would make it harder to get HOF, then again no one should be in an uproar on not getting HOF on a text battle site lol, I will never personally make someone HOF anyway, it would have to be a unanimous decision for me, that's why it's good to have a panel with a hof committee, and that committe needs to be filled with HOFers.
