you totally missed the point, if you been out of here for a year, you shouldn't come back with the same shit, also I'm prettty sure there is already forced activity in place, you lose points if don't accept a dudes callout, same shit basically.

I think you're also missing the fact that u cant force anyone to do anything on a site that they freely & voluntarily choose to visit. This isn't their job so they have no obligation to a set standard of how to act or what to do on here. The most u can ask for are dedicated volunteers who make a conscious effort to vote on battles or give quality feedback. Trying to enforce a rule to MAKE them have to do as much would be met with ridicule. Most would probably just rather find a new site to join.
