It was 37 stacks. Plus the c.s.p area where they clean operating room instruments are getting fined too. They're sharing rags w the kitchen, which is a no no. C.s.p rags must be sterile. But the kitchen cleans grease and shit w the rags, and c.s.p is cleaning o.r equipment w greasy rags. Smh

A lot of businesses suck at record keeping and keeping up on mandated/required annual refreshers and trainings. Most of our citations come from documentation alone.

Name looks familiar. And yea, when my compliance officers step inside of a building, it's comical the stories they report back to me. I see if for myself when I have to conduct a field audit. But if I have to be present for an audit, then that means that company/building/facility is generally being condemned and shut down till investigation's are completed. We have to look for shit to fine... That's how our salaries/bonuses are paid, lol. The more we fine, the more we make, lol... Yea, I deal with a lot of Hippa Violations as well, lololol...
