1-2 should not count, only because it's 1 bar. However... I feel that anything 4 bars or more should count as those are actual verses. GG is debatable but IMO, should count going forward only because, they are dropping 8 lines and in the finals, 10. So that's the only reason why I think Golden Gloves should be counted as well. Feel me?

But as I said before, I dont like gray areas. When you guys say all leagues and tournaments, 1-2 is included because it's a league. Do I think it 1-2 should count towards records? no. But i'm pointing out the gray area in your guys statement. Being more specific and stating that 4 or more bars should be counted towards official battle records, I'm happy with and is what i'm looking for.

At the same time, it cant just be said in the middle of a chat thread and then expected to be enforced from that point forward. It should be pointed out in the beginning of each league or tournament that it is implemented in, for the first 2-3 seasons until it universally known as a standard procedure. Again, hence me stating it first thing when LLL Season 18 kicked off.

Gotcha. I think I speak for everyone when I say, anything 4 bars/8 Lines or more should count towards battle records. I see what you are saying about the gray area and it makes perfect sense. So let's create a standard announcement, announcing that going forward from this point on. Any BATTLE verse, weather Topical, Text, VBL, Audio... Should count towards battle records. Topical/Text = Minimum of 8 Lines/4 Bars to count and VBL/Audio = Minimum of 1 minute which for the most part is roughly 16 lines /8 Bars should count towards records.

I think that is fair, does everyone agree?
