Honestly I want to get into rental properties like apartment complex type shit but I would need associates to sign on for the bank loans lol. Ain't no single guys credit good enough for the asking price on that shit unless you made of cash. It's also a hard investment to get into if you don't know or trust the other people you are getting it with.
