I used to do BAR by BAR break down's with improvement pointers but the majority of people don't even apply the advice. So I don't bother anymore, tbh.
Very few, apply the advice...
most of them actually leave after they see that they won't get any votes but some stay and become punching bags for me in the league eventually.

FL suggestion #1 Every other month, run an FL tournament for the champ award (its too easy to get the way it is). Everyone is pit against each other at random, guy with the highest points before it starts either gets a bye week or only battles at the end (which ever or none at all).
FL Suggestion #2 Every other month that the FL tornament is not running have a tag tournament for the FL tag champs. This should be pretty simple and gets people into the more serious shit of text battling rather then just FL battles.
If its a no on both its cool.. just thinking of ways to get more people involved.
