nah i couldn't disagree more on that. i hate to keep using archs verse as an example, but its recent and suits the argument. 12 of his lines were the same diss. just cuz he found 6 creative ways to say the same thing, doesn't mean he isn't saying the same thing

like i said earlier, using a bar or two calling ur opponent a fag is pretty standard and dudes drop dope bars using that diss still. but if someone made that 80% of their verse, it would get called repetitive.

it's not a big deal, i'm not arguing that i should have won, just commenting on what slow was saying. it's a double standard. same thing goes for personals, if i used a "star" punch on token and it was a completely fresh concept, dudes would still say that the personal is played. it's just weird how generics are more acceptable and held in higher regard than personals.
