it's ironic because it demeans those it was intended for
Infiltrated by stereotype - but supported by those it degrades
an instant solution for this institution? it should be opposed & betrayed
exposed as a charade of a real network, and closed & displayed
as what it really is: what a white man owns,
So he has no bones about how his "own" are portrayed
I won't say they portray a slave mindset, just stuff of the sewers
Because they duplicate material they think is loved by the viewers

i think i'm the only person on the board that didn't feel this that much.

rhyme scheme was simple. vocab was a bit over-used. there's a time to use big words.. there's a time to use complex wording.. but i mean honestly.. who really spits like that lol ?

topic was cool. i liked the concept. the actual writing just wasn't on par with the message you tried to convey. this is the first time i've ever peeped your topicals and.. i'll more then likely be peeping more. keep them coming. you're not incredible but you're nice. you'd be pretty dope with some change up in your style.

So because I'm not black it's not my place to comment on something I see wrong with society? The reason I wrote this in the first place is because I saw people complaining about BET in the lounge or something. It's not a new issue but that doesn't matter. Yes, I believe it is wrong that BET basically stereotypes a culture based on the bullshit they play. But I also felt the need to comment on the fact that people watching it repeatedly are the ones complaining about it's content. Thats my take on it anyway.
