Life on Cloud - Nine
I wear an expressionless glare staring into thin air…
Fairyland in my focus, seeing gremlins I fucking swear
Their there, I don’t care if you compare this a fantasy,
I hear birds chirp melodies; planting seeds of advocacy
Deliberately forming shoots which reach the luminary
Supported by unyielding roots watered with Heavens tears
Hitting the chalice: I meditate on the next seven years…
Forgetting fears while climbing stairs thru this mist so solitaire,
Beer in my guts amalgamated with resinous shrubs…
Clutching my nuts frustrated fire forms in cancerous lungs
Kicking the Fucking Sky’s butt, maybe I was once wise but…
Shit is shut; I need some fresh tonic to open these eyes up,
Lies are for sluts plus snakes, so I break rhythm on your skulls,
The norm is dull, so I play the ghost, showing no hope or pulse
Edging closely to those furthermost otherworldly globes,
Strobe lights litter this highroad abode to gems silver and gold
Eyes transfixed; subdued by hues of crystal coloured rainbows
I arise swift towards the goal three digits above cloud six,
Sic of heights, I start pissing on earth’s shroud of politics…
Then, losing my grip I plummet back to this planets surface,
Oh, Shit!
