No, I'm not a foreigner, and Jayembee explained it to me via pm, but I still dont see how it's humorous or hard hitting or anything. In other words, further elaborate. Because from what I've been told all he is doing is answering the question he asked in the setup, which means it's more of a remark then a punch.
