V/Stubby - cause he got actual punches that hit.
Stubby - You won because you actually had punches that hit. Most of them were soft though. Got a few personals. Hook on phonics line was played. No great wordplay. Not much metaphors. Opener wasn't really a punch. Closer hit soft.
Gizzard - A lot of your shit was a run-on sentence and I couldn't find a rhyming scheme. Therefore, it was a pain in the ass to read. You fed a little but I'm not deducting from that. I really couldn't find ANY punches in your verse, mostly threats. Since punches are what wins battles then I vote Stubby.

umm Gizzard, You would be disqualified if there was a line limit. But sicne it wasnt specified then your ok. But you should have matched him or came close to matching him.
Stubby you came ok in this. Pretty weak at points but i think you knew that you didnt need to come incredible hard out there.Punches were decent enough, just keep workin on them, and personals, you have to work on them too..use more of them. overall, Decent verse
