The fact of age, shows on the cracked up page
Of this yellowish book, which re-enact the days
That imprint the world with an impact that raised
Our very civilization, defined in the fact we pray
History’s written by the winner: I heed the victor
As I turn the brittle page and read the scriptures

Genesis 2:7, And the lord god formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
Genesis 3:19, In the sweat of thy face shalt thy eat bread, till thou return into the ground: for out of it thou was taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust thou shalt return.
The first scripture got to me: See God’s generosity?
He breathed life so I could be, & so that I could see
His great creations in their glory. I love these stories
Because they assure me that the creator adores me

^Bitch your beginning to bore me. Did you hear the second line?...
I bet in time, you’ll regret the rhymes you use to infect the minds
That best define, the ignorant in this world that ingests the spines
Of the mindless believers of a hate filled god who promises death
You will see his promise is kept...The question is shalt we burn?...
We are from the dust so why praise him if to dust we shalt return?
Genesis 3: 22, And the lord god said, “behold the man is become one of us, to know good and evil: and now lest he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever.
This is the day man first sinned, and let his thirst win
So I’m fully immersed in, the spirt of the cursed men
That Adam created as descendants, with his bad start
Not that smart, but Adam didn’t really have a bad heart
He was just misguided, and was really in love with eve
I must say; nothing is more important than love to me
He saw that she bit, & new of her doom; “I need you”
Were His words, as he also bit and doomed our people
.....Better to die with your love than to watch your love die.....
^That shit’s fine, but it’s just the back story of this line
Which defines, man becoming gods, and this shines
In my brain, as I spit rhymes that will give more detail
Please Understand God’s writing and what he spells
“the man is become one of us” were God’s exact words
But the fact blurs, when your interpretation’s backwards
You think that’s when the ties with god began to sever
But we really became equal...
“take also of the tree of life...and live forever”
