Punches- : ) (more effective, more straight forward and creative for better impact)
Structure- Tie ( Not that important of a category but neither were great)
Flow- : ) (the multiple rhyme thing helps flow immensely)
Win- : ) (no question, he took all solid categories in my mind)

smiley got this at first he starte off whack then picked up had decent punches and his flow was str8..fair u was ight u juss tried to force to many punches and ur shit was kinda strench which messed up ur flow..

smiley had overall better punches
he seems to be just more experienced than fairinheight
i feel smiley had better word usage, and wordplay
his punches were hitting harder

Both verses had nasty structure's... Flow was on in Fair's verse... Smilie... your verse had flow... but some bars where stretched out... {every 3 lines}...
Smilie had some good punches... BUT... please stop wiv the CAPITALS... it throws the flow... and annoys me... lol...
You did have alot of multi's... as always... dont know if thats a good thing... but yea... some had punches incorporated into them... A wasnt really feelin your verse...
Fair... You need to sort out your structure... Make it into a solid block of writing... no line gaps... messes flow... and structure {obviously}... you had some good punches... Not many multi's... jus work on it and you will get better...
Overall...

Uhhhmm vote smiley cuz good flow had some good rhymes in there; had some good punchlines better than fairinheight but fair had a good structure so that goes to him; originality was a tie cuz I tought it was a bit crappy but in the end my vote goes to smiley
