...I found out I'm going to be a grandfather tonight. I don't know the gender yet but my previous two grandchildren were both boys. When my daughter turns 16 next year I'm going to have to buy her a mini-van or better an apartment so we all don't have to sleep in the same bed anymore. Anyone else here have kids?

Daughters are hard to manage because the earliest age a buyer is willing to go down to is 13, and even then there is so much congestion in the market that daughters are worth very little. My wife and I kept ours strictly for breeding purposes.
