How many votes should a battle have prior to closing it?

Highest option voted for by Sunday 11:59PM EST will decide the way the league is ran.

It should close by margin of victory and not a number.
If it's close, then it should remain open as long as possible. If they're winning by 4, then wrap it up.

I'm with knowp on the margins. if it's 3-0 nil 3 votes is enough.

If it's a K-O there's no point in more than 4 votes because the latter votes will just be saying the same thing over and over.

If it' s close at least 5-7 votes total before it closes.

Also my bad for not voting last week I've signed out but will come back to vote next week to make up for it.

what happens when it's the deadline and the score is 3-2?
what happens if a battle is tied at the deadline? next vote wins?
should voting go until 1 person gets to 5 votes?

I'd say 4-0 is a ko 3-0 is too soon i've seen people come back from that. Especially if the 3 votes were a hard decision. I doubt anyone would feel bad about losing 4-0.

4-0 is a good mark like Merem says. there's still a strong comeback chance at 3-0
what happens when it's the deadline and the score is 3-2?
tag everyone and then close it after soo many hrs unless its tied.
what happens if a battle is tied at the deadline? next vote wins?
if its tied and no one has voted, then again, open it for a couple hrs until someone is up by one
should voting go until 1 person gets to 5 votes?
I say when someone is down by 4+ votes, then close it. but for the punch league, leave it open until the deadline regardless of score

closing anything before new battles are due to be set is absolutely unnecessary and gives opportunity for scammy shit to go down
