When I was 17 a kid was shot at a party I went to... I climbed into the closest car I could find and because the ambulance was taking forever they put him in there too... We drove to the hospital... But the worst thing was as soon as we pulled he he felt light as fuck... They say he died in surgery later that morning but I know it was then... I feel like he's my angel... A set of eyes in back of me... But I cried for 3 days straight... High school football star, kid on the way. I took it personal... Disrespect of anyone's life or story pisses me off beyond belief ever since. I can't explain it. He was light, but when my dog died (a little angel too) he was stiff. I know they say if you die with your eyes open you deserved it but what's the difference between light and stiff? Anybody heard?
