Then some Spoto press with around 227 I think. If you don't know what a Spoto press is, google it. Great bench variation.

Jesus, we got some fucking monsters in this thread if u can all really lift that much. Just got back into deadlifting, I got 275x6 today but the weight started slipping and shit, barely got the 6th rep was holding the weight with my fingertips on that last one. Do u guys use chalk? for deads...

^^i think it might've been you, dude, but somebody gave me a regiment to work off of and it definitely upped my strength. Even though i'm at a plateau right now, it still helped a lot. I was using wrist straps for a while then my forearm got stronger and started lifting it raw.
I did the alternating. I feel like I can do more reps just my grip slips. Maybe I have weak grip strength or something. Also I was around this strength level 10 years ago when I was a teenager with raging testosterone levels. I know my test is probably lower now but as a grown man I should be able to lift more, no? I was also 20 lbs lighter as a teen. Guess all the beer and drugs are getting to me
