so far its got a psychedelic errie vibe. Diggin that. liking the cowbell doing sounds. the drum may be slightly too prodominant for the chill beat. As when the bass kicks it it feels a lot more in place.

Also. listen to the bit at 2:20 the timing is wrong on the drums, it sounds bad to me. But this has potential.

Damn, Joel I'd say you came a long way but I think you've always had a natural talent for crafting some cool beats. So, with that being sad, this is awesome. I love the 90's yet also modern presence of the melody! It has that boom bap style, and also seamlessly sounds conventional to today's sound, to a degree. I can imagine somebody Cole tackling a feel good track like this (Never really listened to Earl). The elements work nicely and there's nothing here out of place! Simple way of putting this? Awesome. Great listen!

I think if you learned how to mix you'd be something slick. Your mix is what's holding you back. Other than that it's not my cup of tea, but it is nice for what it is. Different vibe to what I'm used to, which is nice.
