    as a matter of fact..

back to back was better then hit em up... yeah i said it

    - - - Updated - - -

    hit em up lyrics

    Peep how we do it
Keep it real as penitentiary steel
    This ain't no freestyle battle
All you niggas getting killed with your mouths open
Trying to come up off of me, you in the clouds hoping
Smoking dope, it's like a sherm high
Niggas think they learned to fly
But they burn, motherfucker, you deserve to die
    Talking about you getting money
    But it's funny to me
    All you niggas living bummy
    Why you fucking with me?
    I'm a self-made millionaire!
    Thug livin', out of prison
    Pistols in the air
Biggie, remember when I used to let you sleep on the couch
And beg a bitch to let you sleep in the house?
Now it's all about Versace, you copied my style
5 shots couldn't drop me, I took it and smiled
Now I'm back to set the record straight
With my AK, I'm still the thug that you love to hate

    vs. back to back

This for y'all to think that I don't write enough
They just mad cause I got the midas touch
You love her, then you gotta give the world to her
Is that a world tour or your girl's tour?
I know that you gotta be a thug for her
This ain't what she meant when she told you to open up more
Yeah, trigger fingers turn to twitter fingers
Yeah, you gettin' bodied by a singin' nigga
I'm not the type of nigga that'll type to niggas
And shout-out to all my boss bitches wifin' niggas
Make sure you hit him with the prenup
Then tell that man to ease up
I did another one, I did another one
You still ain't did shit about the other one
I don't wanna hear about this ever again
Not even when she tell him that they better as friends
Not even when you sayin', "Drizzy, tell 'em again"
I been puttin' on a show, it was a sell out event
    Oh, you need better seatin'
I didn't wanna do it, gave me every reason
The point I'm tryna make is I don't ever need 'em
Seen what you'd do for fame, what would you do for freedom
Please, check 'em for a wire or a earpiece
Please, please do not let these niggas near me
Please, think before you come for the great one
Please, who's a real nigga and who ain't one?
    Please, somebody stop me
I'm talkin' boasy and gwanin wassy
I got the fest in five days and it's my shit
Soon as a nigga hit the stage, they gon'
They gon' ask if I can play this shit back to back
Yeah, they want it back to back
They gon' ask if I can play this shit back to back
I took a break from Views, now it's back to that, nigga

Naw, idk about that one, homey. Hit 'Em Up and probably Ether are much better than Back to Back. I love Drake and he's made Meek look foolish as of late, but comparing to Pac's scathing track to Drake's is borderline blasphemous.

Pac was a fucking joke anyways....

    blaspheme on that, muthafucka...

but still... Drake is the softest rapper ever to do it...
that man does NOT belong up in rap beefs.... its a bad look for the entire concept of it...

If you want to talk bar for bar, Pac doesn't hang with lots of rappers. He was never a super lyrical type. Even though the public wants you to believe differently.

im cool with drake being the softest rapper.. because he doesnt act hard. the majority of rappers these days are soft as baby shit but they rap as if theyre killas & gorillas. I have a worse criminal record then 90% of them.

drake embraces his softness which makes him realer then all these fucking rappers. & now when meek says he got pissed on and smacked no one gives a shit because he never acted like someone he wasnt. theres nothing anyone can say about that man. you gotta respect that hes true to himself and hes talented.

I'm a fan of Pac.. but to be honest.. If he was alive today.. He wouldn't get as much attention as he does now..

He was ahead of his time, but time catches up..

I refuse to discuss Pac vs Drake though.. It's complete different era's lol.

    No I'm not kidding you.

I respect people for being themselves. You don't have to be a gangster to be a good rapper.

If your soft then be soft

i think pac is remembered as legendary as he is because of his personality outside of rap.. dude spoke the truth.. he motivated people.. he was an activist.. he was murdered + predicted his death which made him more interesting.. he had a personality you just never seen with another rapper. people get all that confused with him being the greatest "rapper" of all time. dont get me wrong he is one of em but lyrically he is overrated

how can you compare a hobby to a career tho?

thats like comparing someone who just plays ball on the weekend to play ball with a NBA player

    retarded bro

can't compare a hobby or something someone does on their down time w/ someone who does the shit for a living.
