since this was wordplay wizard battle I have to put the vote based on that rather then all the other criterias. Fresh had 2 wordplays that didn't really do much for me, they were kind of weak as to where letterman really only had one but it was a decent hit. Not hard to see the clear winner in this weak ass battle.
